## Who is responsible

Cynful Beauty Bar, founded by Cynthia Zapata and located at 971 Reservoir Ave, Cranston, RI 02910, is responsible for the personal information it receives for its business inquiries and services. You can contact us at Cynfulbeautybar1@gmail.com or (774) 518-9470 about this policy.

## Information involved

- Website inquiries: your name, email address and phone number, plus the service selection and message you choose to include. Name, email and phone number are required; the other fields are optional.
- Direct contact: information you provide when you email or call us and the correspondence needed to respond.
- Appointments: contact information, appointment details and any information requested within Acuity’s separate booking and consent process. Payment details are entered with the provider presented during booking, not in this website’s inquiry form.
- Technical information: hosting and service providers may process an IP address, browser information and request or security logs to deliver and protect their services.

Please do not include medical records, payment details, sensitive photographs or other sensitive personal information in the general inquiry form. It has no file-upload or payment field. We will explain the appropriate channel if additional information is needed for a consultation.

## How information is used

We use the information you provide to answer questions, discuss services, help manage appointments and maintain related correspondence. Information may also be used to prevent misuse, resolve a concern or meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting a question does not enroll you in an automated marketing list. The website’s current form does not sell your information, enroll you in targeted advertising or make automated decisions about treatment eligibility.

## Providers and external links

The inquiry form sends its contents to the website’s PHP endpoint. Hostinger’s web hosting mail service processes the email for delivery to the business Gmail inbox, and Google processes it as part of its email service. Hosting providers also process information necessary to serve and secure the site.

Booking takes place in Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, under its own privacy practices. A payment provider may also process information when a payment is requested in that booking process. Review the provider identified there.

Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and other external links open separate services. Their privacy practices govern information they collect after you visit or interact with them. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not list these operational providers as purchasers of your inquiry data.

## Cookies and website preferences

The current website does not include advertising pixels, an analytics tracker or embedded social media feeds. Its language choice is reflected in the page address, and the gallery’s random order is created in memory for the current page visit.

Hosting, sign-in, security and external service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functions. Your browser provides controls for cookies; restricting them may affect features on those services. This policy does not describe external providers as tracking-free.

## Retention and security

The inquiry code does not store message contents in a website database or local archive. It passes them to the hosting mail service and business inbox. Temporary timestamps and hashed network identifiers are used to limit repeated submissions; hosting mail queues and logs may have their own retention periods.

Business correspondence is retained as needed to follow up on requests, manage services, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and purpose.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Limit what you send to what is needed for your question. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

## Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of your data, data portability, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling, if those activities occur.

Email Cynfulbeautybar1@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us what you are requesting and how we can locate the relevant correspondence. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data unless we explain why verification is needed. We may request reasonable verification and may need to retain information where law permits or requires it.

Applicable rights, exceptions and response periods depend on the law and circumstances. Where an authorized representative or appeal is permitted, contact the same email address and identify the request or decision concerned. Exercising applicable privacy rights should not result in unlawful discrimination.

## Children and policy changes

This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through it, please contact us so we can review the matter.

We may revise this policy as the website or business practices change. The date below the page title identifies the current version. Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact details below.
